From March 10 to 12,
2006, the renowned Dortmund Westfalenhallen Show will include
western riding for the third time. This year, a special focus
is set upon reining, as the 2006 World Equestrian Games in Aachen
won’t be far away. So, one of the most important highlights will
be the CRI qualifier offering a purse of EUR 4000,-- (the showmanagement
increased the purse considerably – there were EUR 1000,-- in this
class last year). The money won here, will count for 2006 FEI
ranking, so the management expects a lot of international competitors.
Also
there is a Coming Six and an NRHA Lawson Bronze Trophy Open and
Non Pro, offering USD 5000,-- resp, USD 2000.--- . Dortmund also
is one of the two last qualifiers for the 2006 NRHA Affiliate
Championship (Deadline April 30, 2006).
